The Full Body Build and Burn Program is a 8 week training program created by Miss Emma Troupe! FBP focuses on sculpting a Strong Sexy Full Body Physique by science proven, EXCITING and UNIQUE workouts!

- Burn unhealthy body fat in stubborn areas like the stomach, love handles, thighs and underarms
- Become more comfortable & confident in the gym and in your day to day lifestyle
- Suitable for all bodies! Includes guidelines on how to use the program for either Weight Loss, Weight Gain or Body Recomposition

- 4 - 5 workouts per week, workouts last 45 mins - 1 hour
- Full Body, Muscle Split and HIIT Workouts
- Video Demonstation's for every exercise
- Glute Activation circuits to use before the workouts
